Showcase with box-type tile
The appearance of a new type of box–shaped tile can be attributed to the XVI century: its outer plate was decorated first with geometric, and then with complex floral ornaments.
In the middle of the XVI century combined furnaces began to be placed in the Castle. The lower part was cladded with pot-typed tiles with a square mouth, and the upper part was cladded with the box-type ones, which had a high back side.
